আমরা কোনো প্রতিষ্ঠানের অফিসিয়াল বিক্রেতা নই। প্রতিটি লাইসেন্স আমরা বিভিন্ন বিক্রেতা দের থেকে ক্রয় করে পুনরায় আমরা বিক্রি করে থাকি।
লাইসেন্স ওয়ারেন্টি নীতিমালাঃ
- প্রতিটি লাইসেন্স এর জন্য আলাদা ভাবে ওয়ারেন্টি সময় নির্ধারণ করে দেওয়া আছে।
- কোন লাইসেন্স যদি উক্ত ওয়ারেন্টি সময়ের মধ্যে সমস্যার সম্মুখীন হয় তবে আমরা লাইসেন্স টি চেইক করে দেখবো।
- ওয়ারেন্টি সময়ের মধ্যে লাইসেন্স এর সমস্যা থাকলে সেটি আমরা পরিবর্তন করে দেবো।
- ক্রেতার ডিভাইস জনিত কারনে যদি লাইসেন্স এক্টিভেশন এ সমস্যা হয় তবে ওয়ারেন্টি কার্যকর হবেনা।
অন্যান্য সার্ভিস ওয়ারেন্টি নীতিমালাঃ
- প্রতিটি সার্ভিস এর জন্য আলাদা ভাবে ওয়ারেন্টি সময় নির্ধারণ করে দেওয়া আছে।
- ওয়ারেন্টি সময়ের মধ্যে উক্ত সার্ভিস এর কোন সমস্যা হলে সেটির সমাধান করে দেওয়া হবে। প্রতিকূল পরিস্থিতি তে সময়ের বিলম্ব হতে পারে।
- ওয়ারেন্টি সময় ব্যতিত অথবা ক্রেতার ডিভাইস জনিত সমস্যার ক্ষেত্রে ওয়ারেন্টি কার্যকর হবেনা।
প্রোডাক্ট ডেলিভারি পদ্ধতি:
- যেহেতু আমাদের সার্ভিস গুলো ডিজিটাল, সেহেতু আমাদের সকল প্রোডাক্ট ডেলিভারি করা হয় ইমেইলের মাধ্যমে।
- অবশ্যই সঠিক ইমেইল প্রদান করে অর্ডার করতে অনুরোধ করা হচ্ছে, যদি ভুল ইমেইল দেওয়া হয় সেক্ষেত্রে আমাদের সাথে যোগাযোগ করে নিতে হবে।
ওয়ারেন্টি সাপোর্ট প্রদানের পদ্বতিঃ
- ওয়ারেন্টি সময়কালে ক্রেতা সমস্যা সম্মুখীন হলে সাপোর্ট দেওয়া হবে (রিমোট) ভাবে, অর্থাৎ ক্রেতার ডিভাইসে (TeamViewer) অথবা (Anydesk) থাকা বাধ্যতামূলক।
- প্রতিটি প্রোডাক্টের বিস্তারিত দেখে অর্ডার করার জন্য অনুরোধ করা হচ্ছে।
- প্রোডাক্টের বিস্তারিত ব্যতীত কোন মন্তব্য গ্রহণযোগ্যতা পাবেনা।
৫. পেমেন্ট পলিসিঃ
- bKash Online পেমেন্ট এর ক্ষেত্রে কোন আলাদা চার্জ প্রযোজ্য হবেনা।
- পেমেন্ট গেটওয়ের ক্ষেত্রে তাদের নির্ধারিত চার্জ যুক্ত হবে যা হচ্ছে ২.৫০%
- Manual Payment এর ক্ষেত্রে ব্যাংক পেমেন্ট এর ক্ষেত্রে কোন চার্জ প্রযোজ্য হবেনা.
Subscription Point যেকোন সময় যেকোন তথ্য / শর্ত পরিবর্তন করার ক্ষমতা রাখে।

License Warranty Policy:
- Each license has a separate warranty period.
- If any license is experiencing problem during the warranty period, we will check the license, before replacement.
- If there is a problem with the license within the warranty period, we will replace it.
- Warranty will not be valid in case of warranty period exceeded or in case of problem caused by buyer’s device.
Other Service Warranty Policy:
- Warranty period is specified separately for each services.
- If there is any problem with the service during the warranty period, it will be solved. Adverse circumstances may lead to time delays.

Product Delivery Process:
- As our services are digital, all our products are delivered via email.
- It is requested to place the order by providing the correct email address, if the wrong email address is provided, please contact us.
Process of providing warranty support:
- During the warranty period, if the customer faces any problem, the support will be provided (remotely), i.e. it is mandatory to be on the customer’s device (TeamViewer) or (Anydesk).
- Please see the details of each product before ordering.
Payment Policy:
- No separate charges will be applicable for bKash Online Payment.
- In case of using Payment gateway, their prescribed charges will be added which is 2.50%
- In case of Manual Payment, no charge will be applicable in case of bank payment.
